Homemade Healthy PSL
Craving a seasonal favorite that doesn't spike your blood sugar? Create our healthy and delicious twist on a Pumpkin Spice Latte. 🎃 For a 12oz latte, we recommend following these instructions (and add your own spin to it!):
- VitaCup Pumpkin Spice Coffee Pods
- Milk of choice
- Sweetener of choice (optional)
- Whipped cream (optional)
- Cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice (optional)
- Your favorite festive mug (optional, but we swear it makes the drink taste even better 😉)
- Brew a strong cup of Pumpkin Spice Coffee (with roughly 6oz of water).
- Pour 4-6 oz of your milk of choice into a mug or milk frother.
- For extra sweetness, add your favorite syrup or sweetener to the milk (we love to use agave or date syrup).
- Warm milk and sweetener until your desired preference.
- Add the frothed milk to your cup of freshly brewed Pumpkin Spice Coffee.
- Top with whipped cream (if your heart desires) and a dash of cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice (optional, but totally delicious).
- Sip, smile, and enjoy!
