Am I able to skip shipments?

Of course! You are able to skip future orders if you need to take a break from receiving products.

Can I swap blends or do I have to stay with the same blend once subscribed?

We understand you may want to switch up the blends under subscription so you definitely have the option to swap blends through your account (any adjustments made will take place on your next renewal cycle).

How often do subscriptions renew?

You can select a renewal frequency of every 30, 45, 60, or 90 days.

Are there any hidden fees?

Absolutely not. We offer free shipping* and we only charge you for the product selected.

(Orders to Hawaii and Alaska have a $10 shipping fee. Canada orders have a $25 shipping fee, and customs and duties fees are the customer's responsibility.)

Can I subscribe if I live outside of the US?

We do offer automatic shipments to Canada* and hope to expand our product to further locations in the future.
