VitaCup offers ground shipping that, after receiving your shipping confirmation will deliver usually within 4 days to 7 business days of the order to households in the United States. Orders over $40 receive free shipping. Orders under $40 ship for the flat rate of $5 per order.
Returns / Refunds
VitaCup is confident you'll love our coffee and you won't need to return it! We will refund you the full cost of one order of VitaCup if you're not satisfied with the product.

Once we receive your return, we will email to notify you on the approval or rejection of your refund based on the return completion details. If you are approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 -10 business days depending on your payment method and banking institution.
**Note**, satisfaction guarantee based refunds are limited to 32 single-serving coffee or tea units (two 16 count boxes) or less. Larger orders are limited to a refund equal to the full price of 32 single-serving coffee pods. We do not accept returns at this time. We do not have a facility to return boxes of VitaCup, so you will be unable to ship it back to us.
Please note: Refund processing times may vary and may not appear on your account right away. Please check with your bank and/or credit card company first if you think there may have been an error, to ensure the return is processing. Order Changes / Cancellations
