    Great first cup

    The aroma is appetizing and flavor is incredible! Excellent with a morning pastry. Plus it’s a little bit filling so I’m not ravenous come lunch time. Definitely buying again.

    My favorite brew

    Since I discovered Keto Max, it is the only coffee I drink. I don’t particularly like very strong & bitter coffee and Keto Max tastes like a good cup of coffee without the bitterness, it is just right in sweetness & tastes creamy, but instead of cream, it gives me a boost of MCT oil. And anyone visiting my home selects it & then also prefers it, so I’m having trouble not running out of it. It’s hard to explain, but people fall in love with it.

MCT is a Medium Chain Triglyceride. MCT can assist with appetite control, brain function and supports endurance. It is a type of fuel for the body, and our MCT Oil is derived from Palm Oil that is made up of Caprylic acid (C8) and Capric acid (C10.) We source our MCT from RSPO (Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil) certified suppliers in Malaysia and Indonesia to ensure that its cultivation does not contribute to the destruction of forests and peatlands and respects the rights of workers and local communities.

No, this product contains dairy from butter. All other ingredients are vegan. This product would be acceptable for a lacto-vegetarian diet.

This would not be considered a meal replacement due to it only being 60 calories. Drinking this on an empty stomach should not cause any GI upset.

Each serving contains about 70mg of caffeine. We have no set limit for how many cups of coffee you can drink per day, however, the FDA has cited that about 4 cups per day or ~400mg of caffeine per day is considered not to have any negative effects.
