The only difference is we swapped out the resveratrol for some prebiotic fiber and it is instant so you can make it anywhere and at any time without needing a kcup machine. This Green Tea mixes well with cold or hot water!

Pour 1 full packet into 8 ounces of hot or cold water and stir until completely dissolved (about 10 seconds). This superfood stick can be enjoyed hot or cold!

Yes! This Green Tea dissolves really well in cold water. The powder might slightly clump up when added to the cold water, however, should dissolve quickly with stirring. Just mix with cold water and pour over ice for an extra cold and refreshing taste.

We chose the very best forms of vitamins that are optimal for your body. Both our Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) and Vitamin B9 (methylfolate), are the methylated forms.
