    My morning coffee

    I wake up at 0430 each morning and think about that special cup of vanilla coffee. I go back to sleep and start my day at 0730. I write in my log book and the first line of my food log is coffee with vanilla. It’s my favorite sip of the day in my cup reserved just for this coffee. Although others have been tried, this is the one that gets me going and makes me feel good.

Our Genius Coffee has 0.5g of MCT, 0.1g of Turmeric, and 500mg of Vanilla flavor. It can help boost your focus, energy, and metabolism.

MCT is a Medium Chain Triglyceride. MCT can assist with appetite control, brain function and supports endurance. It is a type of fuel for the body, and our MCT Oil is derived from Palm Oil that is made up of Caprylic acid (C8) and Capric acid (C10.) We source our MCT from RSPO (Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil) certified suppliers in Malaysia and Indonesia to ensure that its cultivation does not contribute to the destruction of forests and peatlands and respects the rights of workers and local communities.

All ingredients are the same aside for the replacement of cinnamon with natural vanilla flavors.

Our Genius Coffee is a well-balanced medium roast coffee with the cozy taste of vanilla. The vanilla is apparent when you take a sip, but it is not overwhelming.

Our coffee has approximately 110 mg of caffeine per serving. We recommend you drink no more than 4 cups per day.
